By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services Provided
3 J’s Towing, Mobile Mechanic & Hauling provides towing, hauling, roadside assistance, and mobile mechanic services throughout New Mexico. Services are offered based on availability, location accessibility, weather conditions, road conditions, and equipment limitations.
Estimates and Pricing
All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may change if additional labor, mileage, wait time, parts, recovery work, or unforeseen conditions are required. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Vehicle and Property Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is accessible and safe to service or transport. 3 J’s is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, leaks, or issues resulting from vehicle condition, age, modifications, or prior repairs.
Towing and Hauling
Customers must disclose accurate vehicle and load information before transport. Additional charges may apply for oversized vehicles, difficult loading conditions, winching, off-road recovery, or extended distance hauling.
Mobile Mechanic Services
Mechanical diagnostics and repair recommendations are based on visible inspection and available testing. Some issues may require additional repairs after further inspection. We do not guarantee manufacturer warranties unless specifically stated.
Parts and Materials
Customer-supplied parts are installed at the customer’s own risk. 3 J’s is not responsible for failures, defects, delays, or warranty claims involving customer-provided parts.
Scheduling and Delays
Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, emergencies, road conditions, or prior service calls. We are not liable for delays outside of our control.
Abandoned Vehicles or Equipment
Vehicles or equipment left unpaid or unclaimed may be subject to storage fees and applicable New Mexico laws regarding abandoned property or mechanic liens.
Limitation of Liability
3 J’s Towing, Mobile Mechanic & Hauling shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of income, missed appointments, rental expenses, or towing delays.
Payment Terms
We accept approved payment methods at the time of service. Returned payments, chargebacks, or unpaid invoices may result in additional fees and collection action.
Cancellation Policy
Service cancellations after dispatch or late cancellations may be subject to a service or trip fee.
Safety
Customers must maintain a safe environment for service. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, illegal, threatening, or hazardous.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
Changes to Terms
3 J’s reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
